Monarch K-9 Waste Removal has roots right here in the Omaha area. While we may have started out with one guy in a Chevy Nova (back in 1997), we’ve evolved with our customers.
Our dog waste removal service employs more than 20 people right here in the Midwest.

How much does service cost?
Cost of services is based on number of dogs, the last time your yard was scooped and the frequency of visits. Call us at (402) 537-4649 or fill out the form online for a quote.
Is there a first time or new sign-up cleanup fee?
If the yard has not been thoroughly cleaned within 1 week, there will be an accumulated waste fee for your first visit.
Kindly note, we do not do consults or send someone out to do an estimation.
How is my service day determined?
Our routing system determines the best day of service based on your address. We have certain days for specific areas throughout the Omaha Metro. Feel free to ask for a preferred day and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
What happens when the technician arrives?
When the technician arrives, they will walk your yard as if they are mowing the yard, they will scoop and bag all dog waste. Next, your technician will shut your gate securely and leave dog treats on your front doorstep. Please note, we cannot always guarantee dog treats because we do run out as whole company or technicians do not grab enough in the morning.
Do I have to be home for the service?
No, customers do not have to be home while our technician cleans your yard. Service can be performed if we can access your yard. Please contact our office at (402) 537-4649 if you do have a locked gate or code that we would need for entrance.
Should I unlock my gate?
Yes, gates must be unlocked! Our technicians will not climb or jump over any gates or fences, for safety reasons. If your gate has a combination lock, please contact our office at (402) 537-4649 and inform us of the combination prior to your service. If your gate is locked, blocked or your dog will not allow us into the yard, it may be a necessary charge for the service we could not complete.
Can my dog be in the yard while Monarch K-9 is working?
Yes, we love dogs! If your dog is friendly with strangers and will allow us to clean your yard, feel free to leave your dog out. If your dog is unfriendly or territorial, please keep your dog indoors until our service is completed. Please keep this in mind for the safety of our technicians.
What if I have questions related to my service, update any information, or notify Monarch K-9 that I am moving?
If you have any questions related to your service or updates to your account information, please let us know as soon as possible by calling us at (402) 537-4649 or you may e-mail us at email@example.com and we will update your account immediately.
What if I want to move or skip a service day?
Please contact us at (402) 537-4649 or firstname.lastname@example.org, 48 hours before your service day if you need to move or skip service.
What if I am unhappy with the service performed?
If you are not satisfied with the work completed, please call us at (402) 537-4649 within 24 -48 hours of your service date. We 100% guarantee our work within that timeframe.
Is our service offered year-round?
Yes! We scoop when it’s hot, cold, raining and even when it snows.
What happens if it rains, snows, or there’s inclement weather?
If there’s inclement weather, we must move our pickup days around. We will either schedule your service day ahead or behind a day. We monitor the weather closely and try to be proactive when there are predictions of snow, ice, or any other severe weather.
If weather prevents Monarch K-9 from servicing a customer’s yard, they will be billed for that week. The waste is not going anywhere, and it will be twice the work the following service date.
If there are any changes in schedules or cancellations due to inclement weather, we will notify you via email or you can always check our Facebook page and website.
Please remember our service is 100% guaranteed. This means we will come back out if you are not satisfied with our service.
How does Monarch K-9 Waste Removal keep our community safe?
Pets can carry many diseases, parasites, and bacteria. Each of our employees will disinfect their tools and shoes between each yard to be preventative and to protect your pet, and yard.
Are your workers insured?
Monarch K-9 Waste Removal employees are trained, bonded, and insured pet waste technicians. Our technicians drive identifiable trucks and clothing.
Does Monarch K-9 Waste Removal require a contract?
Monarch K-9 Waste Removal does not require service contracts and you may stop and continue service as needed. Please notify us 5 days prior to suspending service.
How does Monarch K-9 Waste Removal bill?
Services are billed monthly. We do the work then bill out. You may pay online, mail in a check or set up autopay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards.
How do I pay my bill online?
Go to Pay Bill Online, fill in your billing information and it will take you to a secure PayPal page. You’ll now be given the option to open a PayPal account yourself or log into your PayPal account and pay that way. However, if you don’t want to do that, you just select the credit or debit card option and enter the details for the card you wish to use to make payment.
