Due to winter weather conditions and for the safety of our employees, no yards will be serviced today. We were proactive and worked ahead yesterday to ensure Wednesday yards were cleaned. We will keep you posted if anything changes with the rest of our routes this week.
As a reminder, here is information about whether there is inclement weather:
- If there’s inclement weather, we must move our pickup days around. We will either schedule your service day ahead or behind a day. We monitor the weather closely and try to be proactive when there are predictions of snow, ice, or any other severe weather.
- If the weather prevents Monarch K-9 from servicing a customer’s yard, they will be billed for that week. The accumulated waste is not going anywhere, and it will be twice the work the following service date.
