To ensure the safety of our employees, yards will not be serviced due to the continued dangerously cold temperatures. We did not service yards on Tuesday, February 18th as well.
As a reminder, here is information if there is inclement weather:
- If there’s inclement weather, we must move our pickup days around. We will either schedule your service day ahead or behind a day. We monitor the weather closely and try to be proactive when there are predictions of snow, ice, or any other severe weather.
- If weather prevents Monarch K-9 from servicing a customer’s yard, they will be billed for that week. The waste is not going anywhere, and it will be twice the work the following service date.
- If there are any changes in schedules or cancellations due to inclement weather, we will notify you via email or you can always check our Facebook page and website.
