We hope you are enjoying our new Sweep&Go software and all the features it has to offer. Our billing has slightly changed with the new update. Invoice is still monthly. 

We accept autopay, one-time card payments or mailed check.

All customers should have received an email with a temporary password at the end of December. If you need another one, please contact our office and we can resend a new login.

Your user ID will be your email address. Password is auto generated and sent by email.

 

Autopay/Card Security

Customer may log into their client profile with Sweep&Go and enter a card. It will automatically process payment for any open invoices due and enrolls the card into autopay for the first of the month. If a customer wants to set up their autopayment date for a specific date, please contact us and we can update it.

Sweep&Go Pooper Scooper is PCI certified which means the merchant is maintaining rigorous data security standards to ensure that customer’s credit card information remains safe and secure.

 

Past Invoices

For existing clients, your past invoices and cleanup history will not carry over to the new software. We created a one-time invoice (2024 Open Balance).

Any invoices 61 days past due, service will be stopped until balance is paid in full.
